"the goal of training is not to improve how the body looks, but to improve how the body moves." Gray Cook

How we move gives us a glimpse into how we're functioning and performing in life. Consider this example: A young adult came into my office for depression symptoms and wanted help. In further investigating their symptoms, they struggled with insomnia, poor nutrition habits and rarely engaged in any type of physical exertion. Eventually, they began improving all measures and saw pretty remarkable results. If someone is rarley moving then most likely they are not producing the results they want in other areas of their life. If you're ready to maximize your potential, work through what is keeping you stuck, get your first session scheduled. You deserve more.
